I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with the plants you have received. The flowering time for these plants is generally January to April so please allow some more time for them all to produce their flowers.

We can see that our Customer Service Team have attempted to resolve this for you however it appears that there has been a system error which meant the refund didn't go through as expected and we can only apologise for this. We can see that you ordered our Prunus incisa Kojou-no-mai 9cm pots and therefore are some of our smaller pot sizes but once potted on in a bigger pot they will begin to thrive. Kind Regards, Suttons
