Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you were happy with the plants received however we are sorry that your bulbs arrived in a poor condition. If your bulbs are covered in a surface mould but are still firm they should be fine to plant and it will not cause any ill effects however I have emailed you directly in order to resolve this for you.
