Very dissatisfied

The sevice was terrible as I ordered last year for delivery in November they arrived last week! If we were having normal January weather it would have been impossible to plant them as the ground...

Thank you for your review. I am sorry for the delay in sending your order. The Autumn weather was very mild up until November and this resulted in a delay in the Raspberry plants going into dormant stage to send. I do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

My raspberry canes took three months to arrive. If this was due to seasonal variations then it should have been explained better at time of purchase.
