Unfortunately in doesn't accurately describe the situation as it's happened, and it has also conveniently missed out a number of important points about the level of service you received which completely contradicts the rating you suggest we deserve so allow us to present the facts and information you conveniently missed out. We also request you provide permission for us to post evidence of the surveys you received credit for, their values, and payments you received from us with the length of time taken for those payments to be processed. When we are allowed to post that information then it will show the following. First of all, it will be very clear we did not take any of your money. You were paid in full for all the surveys' you've you received credit for (please note, we don't say completed correctly) To say that we took your money "and more" is completely misleading. We did not take your money, you got paid in full. As well as us not taking any of your money and there was certainly not any "and more" taken from your account, and we challenge you to verify exactly what you mean by this as right now it seems to be a desperate attempt to try and discredit our site by making false claims. Those facts will show you earned a total of just over $13 from a variety of paid surveys you were able to access on our site and that all of those funds were paid to your requested payment account. Those facts will show that all of those funds were all sent to that account within only a few hours on every single request, and on some occasions instantly. We invite you to confirm that those facts we have stated above are correct, and if you wish to deny this, then we challenge you to post here the factual information which shows in full the surveys you received credit for, the payments you received from us, and the speed of those payments and show. After you had received full payment for the credited surveys, our advertisers contacted us to remove some of those credits after finding issues with completions with those surveys totaling just over $4.00 (or around 30% of the actual funds we paid you). Our advertisers are not mistaken, if they have gone to the point of removing the credits they had awarded when you reached the end of a survey, it's because you did not complete them correctly. As a result of you not completing surveys correctly, the only people to have lost money here is us, as we already paid you for the surveys that it turns out you did not complete correctly. It' fair to say that with a reversal rate in excess of 30% ( and that is only so far, there may well be more) we are ok with you not returning to our site.
