The people at Superior Van and Mobility have exceeded my expectations in fixing the problem. They installed a whole new pendant hand controller and cable for the lift. No charge and assurances that if there are any further issues...just call. They strive for total customer satisfaction. The lift has given me no problems this week and it has been COLD out there! Thank you Ryan and the technicians for the speedy service and attention to this issue. Hopefully, next time I see you will just be for scheduled lift maintenance. Thumbs up on customer service!
