Held to ransom
They wouldn’t send us our final flight information until I left a positive feedback on Facebook which I don’t do so it was a hassle I could do without after paying for a holiday

Hidden costs with flights.. no reminders or checks re costings
Not happy with flights and when complaining, not satisfied with results.. cost us a lot more than originally planned..

I was sold an upgrade of sea view/ "superior room" , no such thing existed at the resort ! Complete waste of money, hotel knew nothing about this . Be very wary of any upgrades etc with this...

The apartments where great my son loved that there was a childs pool
As a family it had a big pool and the child pool and it was a 5min walk too get your breakfast lunch and dinner the apartments where lovely and kept clean
