Very easy to find what we were looking for. It's great that we can see a list of hotels that can accommodate a larger family i stead of looking at many hotels one by one.
I was unable to cancel and rebook online for another date. I called and Jeanna responded immediately taking care of my request over the phone. I will use Suiteness again in the future.

Did not speak to anyone as the rooms I was looking for were clearly and easily found on the site. Finding a two bedroom is not easy. The Hilton said there were none available but Suiteness had it.
