Stefan was responsive immediately as I wasn’t sure coat was in stock
Originally coat was not in stock despite the website saying it was. so I emailed and Stefan responded immediately and said it was so I processed order.

Massive delay in shipping (roughly 2 weeks from ship date in order to when it actually shipped) and had to alert of wrong address.

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. I hope once you've tried the coats on you love them! Regarding the address issue, the details were imported directly from your order form, we don't manually input them so this was partially the reason for the delay, but glad we could resolve it for you in the end.
