I'm so sorry to hear these haven't reached you yet - they left our US office on October 6th so should have reached you by now.

I'm so sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived. I can see it was shipped from our US office on September 21st so after this long we would assume it has been lost in the post as it should have reached you by now.

We're sorry your order didn't arrive as quickly as you'd hoped.
Our website does indicate at checkout to expect up to 4 business days for printing and up to 14 business days for delivery. I can see that your order finalised printing and arrived in 11 combined business days to our US office so hopefully it didn't take much longer by local post from there.
We are hoping that our shipping times return to normal soon but we are sorry they were on the later end of the delivery timeframe that we hope for.
