I am sorry to hear that you have experienced this issue.
Our Luncboxes have a water resistant coating and this is unusual that this has happened.
This issue should only occur when:
-Water/moisture has leaked inside the inner lining, compromising the out lining fabric.
- The Lunchbox has been submerged in water.
