Our Sleepover Bags are wonderful! They are so useful not only for an overnight bag, they can also be a nappy bag, daycare, sports bag, anything!

I appreciate you getting in contact with me. However, as I don't need to purchase anything else from Penny Scallan, I find the free shipping voucher useless. A refund on the shipping as requested would have been a sign of good will, being that I placed the order only 30 minutes before you advertised free shipping.

We are happy to extend the time frame for the free shipping.
Please let us know if we can extend it for 24 months for you! There are always new gorgeous products that are coming out in the range that may tempt you!
