Good service and support
Good clear website and good phone support. A shame I ordered the wrong blinds, but they helped sort it! A bit of a hassle having to photograph the product to return it...is this necessary?

Product arrived on time but damaged which was quickly resolved although not in time for joiner to fit as planned that weekend
