I have looked into this for you, although we do not advertise as next day delivery unless in our main warehouse; you are however correct, as your confirmation stated next day delivery. I have liaised with our warehouse and can see this was dispatched a day later than it should have been, which is very odd. We apologise for this, as this is not the normal procedure on orders such as yours. We will try to ensure this does not happen again.
