We are sorry to hear you found delivery slow. I have looked into this for you and can see that you placed your order on the 10th and these were dispatched on the 14th which was a Friday meaning you received these the following Monday unfortunately. This is within the 5-7 working days that was on your confirmation. If however in future you need a shoe urgently don't hesitate to give us a call and we can give you an estimate on the delivery time to avoid any disappointment. We re glad you like the shoes! We are very sorry to hear you weren't happy with you delivery time. We do state on our website that if the shoes are in our main warehouse then they will be dispatched for next day delivery, or if in our external warehouse this could take 5-7 working days. As the shoes you ordered were not in our main warehouse this was the case with your order. I have looked into this for you and can see that you received this on the 6th working day as per your confirmation. If you are in a rush for a shoe or need your order by a specific time then please do not hesitate to contact us either via telephone or email and we can give you an estimated delivery time to avoid any future disappointment. We hope that your daughter nevertheless likes the shoes. Thank you for your feedback.
