How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Topping up insurance.

Insured with Sage that cost an arm and a leg, and then found out wasn't covered for sailing, so this company is great for topping up, good to know I am covered if I get eaten by a whale!!
