We're very sorry to hear that you have not received your documents. Our records show that they were emailed to you on 19th Jan at 16:38. Can you confirm whether you have checked your junkmail folder? As your email address appears to be a work email, it may be that there is a firewall set to stop certain emails getting through. As our email had several attachments containing all your policy documents it may have been blocked for that reason. The email has just been resent to you. If you still cannot see it in your inbox, please can you send me a quick email me at alisontaylor@sportscover.co.uk . I can then reply to that, and you should get them documents that way, as your computer will then "recognise" where they are being sent from, and they won't be blocked. Also, if you have another email address, please send details, and we can forward the documents to that one too. I will also post a copy of your documents to you today.

As Feefo are an independent company who we purely use to ask customers to rate our service, emails from them are sent by their company, not ourselves.

Some of our travel insurance prices did go up earlier this month for the first time in a couple of years. However, customers who buy online can benefit from 15% discount. As you bought over the phone, it is worth keeping that in mind for your daughter's next trip. You might also find it worth considering the annual cover, as I can see that your daughter made quite a few trips last year. If she makes the same no. of trips this year, the annual policy would work out cheaper for you in the long term, and would cover her not just for weekends relating to her sport, but also for general holidays, and would save you the trouble of having to take out cover each time she goes away. You would also get 15% renewal discount when the annual policy expired.
