Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

group change again

I have bought cover for my sport climbing trips abroad from you several times. I find it very annoying that the group that sports climbing is in seems to change between group2 and group4 not...

We moved sport climbing & rock climbing from group 2 to group 4 in July 2016, and it hasn't moved groups since then. We regularly review and assess the sports that we cover in relation to claims. If a particular sport has a high claims ratio, then rather than put up the prices for all the sports in that group to cover the claims, the relevant sport is moved to a higher group (or lower group if the claims are low). Rock climbing and sport climbing have unfortunately produced several very high value claims for us recently, hence the change of group. We're sorry that this has affected the sport that you participate in, but it is not likely to move groups again in the near future.
