Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We have recently started to offer discounts to customers who buy our travel policies via our website in order to reduce the volume of phonecalls that our sales staff have to handle. Customers who buy online are rewarded with 10% discount. We are of course happy to help over the phone, especially when the customer has a complex requirement, or if they cannot find the answer to their question on the website. I believe that the sales adviser whom you spoke to emailed you a quote so that you could benefit from the online discount, and just needed to put in your payment details, which is more secure online. We hope that you will continue to use our insurance in the future, and that you find our website easy to navigate and get a quote / buy cover in order to benefit from the online discount.
