How do we deal with fake reviews?

Hi Eliot, Your documents will have been sent out automatically upon purchase, but I have just resent them for you. Sometimes we have problems with Gmail accounts and our emails get lost in the Spam or Promotions folder. If you are still having trouble receiving your policy documents, just give us a ring on 01494 484800 and we will rectify this for you.
