Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive your documents. The policy documents are generated at the point that the payment goes through, so you should have received them almost instantly. It's possible that they may have gone into your junkmail folder, or been stopped by a firewall. I have just resent them to you, so if you still cannot find them, please send me an email to alisontaylor@sportscover.co.uk and I will reply attaching the documents tomy email. They should get through to you that way.

I see that you took out your policy via our website. On the quote page there is a full list of all the benefits covered under the policy, and a Quote Summary explaining what is covered. There is also a link to the Wording Booklet which contains all the details of the cover. If you have any particular queries about what is covered, do let me know either via the above email address, or by calling 01494 484800, and either myself or one of our advisors would be pleased to help you.
