Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback, we're glad you found the purchase process clear and easy. The surcharge for using a credit card is simply the fee that we, as a company, are charged by the card handling company for processing payments in this way. When selecting to pay with a credit card, the card fee is shown and you do have the option to change your mind and pay using a debit card, for which there is no fee.
