Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

We regularly review our office hours in line with demand. We will take your comment on board next time our opening hours are reviewed.

In the meantime I can see that you took out a second policy as you had put the wrong date on the first policy that you bought. I can confirm that the first policy has been cancelled and refunded to your card.
