Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We send renewal information out to customers a month prior to their renewal dates with prices and whether they are set to auto-renew, allowing the opportunity to opt out and manually renew if they wish to accept our price for the policy. Unfortunately sometimes they can end up in spam or junk folders, we apologise the communication was not received before the renewal went through.
