How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

One week later I received notification that my booking was cancelled due to over subscription. At no stage was I given an indication that my booking was in a holding and risked not being confirmed. Quite the opposite when I checked, and was informed that everything looks good with your booking on our end, we don't need any additional information...
