Dear Valued Customer, I am sorry to hear that your item did not arrive in time for the birthday. Your order was placed on Friday 24th November and was shipped from our warehouse on Tuesday 28th November via 2nd Class Royal mail as per your order. There was obviously a hold up in the Royal Mail system which led to an extended delay in the delivery time. We are disappointed that this happened, but happy to hear that you are pleased with the nightdress that you ordered and hope that it was well received by the recipient.
