we appreciate the feedback. As per our email conversation, we have provided you with the tracking number for the parcel you say didn't arrive, and there was someone at your address who signed for it and has received it 2-3 days after it was sent. Our courier doesn't misplace or mis-deliver items or parcels, but rather they require a signature before they leave the parcel. We hope this helps.
