How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Price shown online is not the price quoted

It is very misleading that the prices shown online are not the prices quoted. Even after being told that the system is not a ‘live’ system the prices have not been updated in nearly two weeks.

Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration caused regarding flight pricing availability. Because airline fares and inventory fluctuate dynamically in real time, live carrier availability can occasionally differ from initial search results before ticketing is finalized As per the records ticket was issued upon receiving your consent and authorized payment . Regards, Southall Travel
