The nugget bracelet adheres exactly to the images and description provided on the website. The nugget, made from melted down silver which is hammered and rolled flat, bares all the nuances of metal that has been formed in this manner. An organic and textured surface, it is solidly chunky and has an initial hand stamped on. These nuances and imperfections lie at the very core of this collection, something highlighted in the descriptions. We do strive to ensure that our images and descriptions are absolutely accurate reflections on what leaves our workshop. Without knowing what aspect of the bracelet specifically has fallen short of your expectations is very difficult to respond in more detail. I am of course sorry you are not 100% happy, this is something I take very seriously, but I do hope that the recipient loves it.
