I'm sorry that you haven't had a chance to respond to our email regarding the potential frame-size issue. We're here to help and ultimately want you to be happy with your purchases so please do come back to us when you get a chance.
With regard to the delivery time, your order arrived with you within 10 working days of placing it, so I'm not quite sure what you mean by poor. All of our products are printed and hand-framed to order so they do take a few days to create and then to ship, as stated on the website.
