Apologies that you were not satisfied with our courier company. We use DPD in the UK as they inform you of a one hour delivery window and allow you to make changes and alterations - suiting the customers needs. Looking at your delivery history all reasonable steps were made to deliver on time. We cannot be held accountable for DPD being unable to deliver. You ordered on the 16th of December and it was delivered on the 21st.
Had you have contacted us regarding your dissatisfaction with the courier we may have been able to have rectified this for you, but we were unaware of the problem.

I had no issues with the time scale of the delivery, initially I opted for the package to be delivered to an alternative address as specified on the DPD website, it wasn't there when I went to pick it up. I then received a message to say they couldn't deliver it there so they would deliver it to my home address the next day. I then took the next day off work for delivery & it didn't arrive. I tried on many occasions to make contact with DPD but sadly to no avail.
I could elaborate further but I still maintain that the delivery service let you down.
