Having tracked your order we can see it was ordered 6th April with super economy delivery, dispatched 8th April and delivery attempted 9th April but no one was home to accept the order for delivery. We will email you shortly so that you can rearrange delivery with our courier at a time which is convenient for you.

Thank you for your feedback. Having looked into your delivery we can see that delivery was attempted a few times with a card left as there was no one available to sign for the order. As stated in our T&Cs, someone must be available as our courier will not leave in a safe place or with a neighbour. We can, however, see that this has now been delivered.
