Very sorry you have had this experience, we have looked into the reasons behind such an unacceptable delay and put procedures in place to prevent such a delay recurring.
After several e-mails and phone calls someone actually did what they said they would. What took a week should have been minutes.
Once the order was placed the rest was easy. Postage a tad high too.
Initial order was one parcel short, but a quick phone call & mistake identified with additional piece sent out asap. Extremely quick delivery. Very shoot

Thanks for the feedback and sorry about being a parcel short but I'm glad that you're happy with the tent. The time it take to erect the tent will only get quicker as you become more experienced erecting it.
Our tent was delivered within 48 hours and in a one hour time slot. Very impressed with the service and unbeatable price. No delivery charge - excellent!!
