Thank you for response, I can see that you contacted uson the 16thApril to query the cover for COVID-19 under your policy, we explained as per your policy wording and a claim was sent to your insurer the same day. Allianz responded to you by email on the 21st April explaining why the claim was rejected and the reasons for this, we were not contacted again until your renewal in May.
