Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Very courteous and helpful . Very punctual in making appointments to consult. One possible area to improve would be forwarding of documents / receipts . We still don t seem to have received them.

Renewed an existing policy that was due without our consent and when we tried to contact to amend or cancel we could not contact anyone. Must have phoned 20 times with no luck and they still managed...
