Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your response, as an FCA regulated Insurance Broker, we can confirm that we have a duty to notify all our customers within good time regarding their renewal, following a review, a renewal notice was posted on the 27th December 2018, and further correspondence thereafter, however unfortunately we were unable to get in contact with you.

We have referred the increase of premium to the Underwriting Department who have advised that this was due to an increase, and addition of covers from the previous year. Due to this increase, we did check all other insurers on our panel, but unfortunately this was the best price we could offer. We do encourage our customers to actively shop the market to ensure we remain competitive.
