How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for your feedback, as advised by the Sales Executive at the point of sale, the initial price delivered was only an indication of the premium, and that it had not yet been cleared by the Underwriters and was susceptible to change. Once the quotation was sent to the Underwriting Department to review the full details, more favourable terms were provided. We will always endeavour to provide the best insurer, terms and premiums to our clients, but until an Underwriter has assessed the risk we only have indicatives.
