At the time we placed an order with the manufacturer, there were on backorder with no ETA. With your input, we canceled the order since we could not guarantee it would make it in time for your surgery. I reviewed your last order with us and the package was delivered on 4/17 and signed by “KCLAIR.” It looks like this person has signed for previous packages for your location. We do recycle our boxes, so, by chance, was your order misplaced due to the exterior labeling of the box?
