Liz ...the rep was superb ... very helpful. The main problem ... and still ongoing is the difficulty in putting it all together ... it is a job for a professional person and I think Slingsby should offer a fitting service. No detailed fitting instructions!!!!!!!

I did not enjoy using the Slingsby website which was my initial method for purchase of the item. I found it very hard to find what i was looking for and resorted to using the catalogue and phoning in the order. I also thought that the quoted delivery time of 2 weeks was a little excesive in this day and age although the item arrived slightly quicker than this.
