Dear Jimmy, sorry, but the problem was you live on double yellow lines both sides of a busy street, and close to a junction. Delivery to room of choice is only available if it is 'safe to do so'. It was not safe for the driver to carry through your house, out the rear garden, up to your lockup at the end of the garden, whilst parked on double yellow lines. Hallway is all they could offer, and actually legally they should have refused that (according to our terms and conditions). Perhaps next time you could direct them to your garage at rear.
