Hi James, sorry to see such a bad review. Ts & Cs ask you to check within 24 hours for 'damage' (this is the same for all suppliers in the uk), but we insure for an EXTRA 48 hours (mentioned in the small print on your delivery note), so 72 hours / 3 days, no questions asked. The best in the UK. Product is often damaged in the home, and by installers, so manufacturers and delivery companies protect themselves with a time limit. BTW this is just 'damage'. Our guarantees cover all other defects for either 5 or 10 years. If you reported your damage within 72 hours, please get back in touch, as you will be fully insured for free replacement.
