Dear Jane, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We're sorry to hear that the meet and greet team did not have your updated vehicle details. I can confirm these were updated on 30th August at 11:04 when the booking confirmation was sent to you via email. We book for hundreds of car parking services at airports across the UK and all bookings and amended bookings are reported across to the relevant companies on either hourly or daily reports. Our IT Team have been notified of this and will investigate with the meet and greet company concerned.
