SkyParkSecure.com are an online booking agent for hundreds of car parks at airports across the UK, each booking made through our website is reported across to the relevant car park on either hourly or daily reports.
Your booking was made via our price comparison website on 13 February at 10:59 and was reported across to the car park on 13 February at 12:00.
The car park must have been able to locate your booking otherwise they would have charged you to exit however we will conduct an internal investigation into why you were advised this.
