I have had a look into your booking and can see that you sent your complaint in via email on 9 February at 17:09, our Customer Service Team responded to your email on 10 February at 14:08 to confirm receipt and advise you that we have contacted the car parking company on your behalf.
We are currently awaiting a response from the car parking company but our Customer Support Team are working on this for you, we do need to allow the car park time to investigate and get back to us and we will contact you once we have received a response from them.
