Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Skiset booking - hopefully great ski's like last year

We used Skiset last year, we were transferred from our chalet to the local shop, our boots were ready as were our ski's (which was a relief as the shop became incredibly busy whilst we were there)....

I have recommended the ski set service, but please ensure the hire shops you are dealing with have sufficient stock as last year the equipment provided was extremely old and battered.
