Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for your feedback, we’re glad you found the support and teaching helpful. Based on learner input like yours, we’ve recently updated our delivery model to include more hands-on practical sessions during sessions in centre. We’ve also improved our Mock EPA by involving an assessor who hasn’t taught the learner before, to better replicate the real EPA experience.
