Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Great childcare, too many charges put on parents by company.

Great service for babysitting but charging rates in my opinion slightly unfair. Paying a quarterly membership is fine but £7 per booking on top, this is taking advantage of parents needs to make more...

And adding charges because I simply changed the hour of my booking to an hour later each side is something I forgot to mention and is to me completely unnecessary.. It was literally a change to an hour later as our event time had changed but yet I was charged for this too. It just seems like taking advantage of parents who you know will pay because they have no choice. As mentioned if I find a similar company that doesn’t slap unnecessary charges onto everything I won’t be using you again. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
