Delivery to England is via DHP and they gave me a 1 hour time slot which is brilliant. My order arrived within the quoted time frame and all items were there and packaged perfectly.

I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with this product. The night light is very sensitive to allow for different levels of brightness. The light can be turned of completely using the power switch at the bottom of the light. The base unit can also be turned off at the plug if you do not want it to be lit up. Great product, order process slightly tricky.

Website a little tricky to use, payment failed once as my delivery address didn't match my billing address but once sorted, delivery was quick and product fab!
