Have not had cause to make a claim so don't know how good Shield will be. But transfer of insurance to a new house was easy and they were really helpful.

Such a long wait on hold only to be told I had to pay £20 for my policy to have correct info on it. Although the girl was really helpful and patient.

Never needed to speak to any staff except a few years ago when Insurance was set up otherwise all dealing done now by post.

I was anxious not to get an automatic email after I paid my money. This was exacerbated when I called and was told the systems were down. My second call resolved the problem.
