No car insurance certificate sent

The insurance was quick to renew and staff are always helpful and polite but despite ringing 2 weeks ago I still have not got a copy of my car insurance, 9 weeks after i phoned to renew.

Deals need to be talked out

My renewal had shot up by quite a significant amount without any explanation. After a chat and a few checks on detail it was brought down, but it shouldn't have to take that chat to get a good deal....
