Thank you for your feedback.  While we are disappointed to have received three stars, your criticism of the delivery service supplied by FedEx in this instance is entirely justified.  By now you’ll know that we were working away behind the scenes to try to find the battery that had been lost by FedEx and that the battery was eventually delivered, albeit a week late.  We use Feefo Customer Reviews because they cannot be faked and give us a true reflection of our customers’ satisfaction with the job that we do.  To be fair to FedEx, they are usually very reliable, which is why we have partnered with them, despite alternatives being cheaper.  That said, you had placed your order, paid for your battery and were entitled to receive the same care and consideration that we try to give to all our customers.  We hope that now that you have received your order that you’ll be minded to recommend us and our products to your friends and acquaintances.  Once again, thank you for ordering with Lincon.

Thank you for your review of our service.  While it is gratifying to be praised for our service with our BatteryCharged hat on, it concerns us that you didn’t find the same level of service with our Shield hat on.  In particular we are a little concerned that you clearly found a large discrepancy in the level of service between two members of staff that actually sit in the same office doing the same tasks.  We use the Feefo Review service because it provides genuine customer feedback and we use the feedback as part of our Continuous Improvement Programme within the Shield Group.  Fortunately it is quite rare, but when we receive justified criticism from a member of the public, we see it as an opportunity to learn.  To this end, if you would be kind enough to contact either Battery Charged, or Shield, and ask for Alan Duffy, we can learn from your experience.
